The hotel was very clean, the rooms were size of middle-big and the price were ok. Maybe, it is farther than we thought, but it takes 20 minutes by car to downtown. The breakfast was little poor, but We think it 's worth!
Comfortable rooms close to Toronto airport at reasonable prices.
No restaurant or bar on site. Airport shuttle only runs once an hour.
Staff was accommodating, the second night our room's ac stopped working, and the front desk gave us another room. The rooms were very clean, and I liked that each room had it's own fridge. Overall, good experience!
Wish there was a little bit more for breakfast options.
Quiet and adequate room to relax.
Overall it was a good place to stay. Minor concerns: tv reception wasn`t good. Streaks constantly appearing on tv. Location wasn`t easily accessible to restaurants. No room service. Fridge was not cold for the food that we kept. It was room temperature. Toaster used during breakfast wasn`t working fast and one was defective. Long line ups resulted and one woman next to me even lied to me that I took her toast just to speed up her wait in line. Whereas it was my toasted bread and waited for more than 5 mins in line to get my toast done.
Very nicely furnished.
The bathtub was not cleaned- there were black hairs in it still. Very disgusting. Also the pillows were much too hard, it hurt our necks to sleep so much we left a day early. Otherwise, the room was very nice.
Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was inviting and clean. A/c was not on but came up quickly.
The shuttle driver stopped at the wrong post, and the van was not well identified. I saw the driver of the Hilton get out and hold up a sign for Hilton. Everyone could see where to go. If Days Hotel did that, newcomers to the area would have an easier time finding the correct shuttle. I missed several pickups because I was at s5 and the shuttle was at s3....
cleanness，close and convient to pearson airport，
On side of the road, it is noisy as many heavy vehicles pass by.
The room was very clean and out of the direct flight path - so it was nice and quiet for an "airport" hotel. 5 minutes to the Keg for dinner and there is a free airport shuttle.
We couldn't get the wi-fi to connect and the shuttle to the airport only runs once an hour.
In my opinion this hotel is the best deal in the gta. Everything is brand new, the room very spacious, comfortable bed, and many conveniences. The location near the Toronto Convention Centre is perfect. Here's a tip if you're attending the Conference Centre - don't even go on the highway. Just go directly across the street from the entrance and use City View Drive. You'll save yourself traffic headaches and you'll be staying at a superb hotel. Plus, there is ample parking at no extra charge. (The previous hotel I used cost more per night, wasn't as nice, and charged $12. per night to park). Do yourself a favor and stay here if you need to be in the airport area of Toronto.
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Quiet and easy access to highway.
Well, wireless was down a few mornings for a few hours.
receptionists there are so kind and helpful. the room i stayed are very clean. free wifi is really comfortable!
a bit far from downtown...
Its a new hotel and have a friendly front-desk staff
very good location near the airport, friendly stuff, clean room, nice prices, free internet,
Cleanliness and spacious rooms...
Some hotel reception staff needs to be more polite and should cultivate the skills of customer services in more professional manner.
How much the Staff there was helpful.
