I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The bathroom faucet wasn't working, and despite requesting maintenance, no one addressed the issue. I also noticed that there was dust in hidden areas of the room, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Overall, I felt the service did not meet my expectations.

Clean linens and warm atmosphere helped create a calm experience that felt relaxing. breakfast was decent, and the staff were accommodating through the check-in process.

Didn't like anything, except location

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and airport shuttle. The staff helped me return my forgotten belongings on my first stay, which I appreciate. I'll definitely be back for the weekend!

The king room with a sofa bed was spacious and incredibly quiet, perfect for an early flight. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. However, the shuttle service left much to be desired, as the driver was unhelpful and the desk staff seemed overwhelmed, affecting our overall experience. While the stay was adequate, the lack of responsive customer service is a key downside.
